The Riversdale Business Improvement District (RBID) is a not for profit group of business and property owners who operate between Idylwyld Drive and Ave P and 22nd Street (south side) to 17th Street West. Mandated by the City of Saskatoon to improve, beautify, and supplement the city’s maintenance, the RBID works with the community to see the vision of a revitalized neighbourhood come to pass. For over 20 years the RBID has provided a voice for the community which has not been seen in a positive light. Now, However everyone is talking about Riversdale and Pleasant Hill as the places to be in Saskatoon. Right beside the South Saskatchewan River and a stone’s throw from the downtown business area, Riversdale and Pleasant Hill are posed to explode with a renewed vigor the like of which has never been seen before in Saskatoon. With all of the new businesses opening their doors and the huge amount of redevelopment that is occurring. It’s no wonder the area has seen property values rise, incomes increase and improved opportunities for all. We're Ready To Soar!
